Private (PERSONAL) Event: 2 Hour Soy Container Candle Making with First Venue Preference in Beaumaris (Min 15, 50 Guests Maximum)

This exclusive experience promises relaxation, creativity, and the joy of crafting something truly unique. Our expert instructors bring everything you need for a seamless workshop – just bring your enthusiasm and let the sea breeze inspire you!

What To Expect:

• Guests begin the experience with a welcoming bubbly or a zesty juice, raising a toast to the delightful moments that lie ahead.
• The crashing waves around the clubhouse provides the backdrop for your workshop, a rustic, yet inviting space, with sundeck and and balcony overlooking the bay. 

Minimums: 

We need a minimum of 15 people to kickstart this party.

50 seated

Facilities: 

• The upstairs can be heated in winter, and cooled by the sea breeze in summer. 
• Store your BYO drinks and snacks in the adjoining kitchen with fridge access and access to a microwave, freezer, stove and oven downstairs. 
• Upstairs has heating, bar, kitchen, coffee machine, sundeck and balcony overlooking the bay. Downstairs main kitchen with gas oven and stove top, fridge and freezer.
• This venue is a strictly no-smoking zone.

Parking: 

There is a paid open air council car park on site. Alternatively, street parking in the area may be available.

Accessibility: 

• Wheelchair accessible toilets are downstairs. 
• There are no toilets upstairs In the event that you have guests who are joining your event, who are not-ambulant, the downstairs hall is also available. No lift. 

Dress Code: 

We get it, no one wants to dress down for an private event like this. Feel free to come as you like. We've got the aprons covered. The soy wax is water soluble so it will dissolve in hot water. We provide gloves to protect your hands and advise guests to be careful with the dye. 

What's on the agenda:

• We'll guide guests to create 2 of their own 180 gram candles. That's about 66 hours of burn time! 
• Guests choose their own fragrances and dyes. You can select one glass colour for the group, or guests can select themselves.
• We'll provide printed personalised stickers for the glasses.
• We'll follow your lead on how technical you want to get. Keep it light-hearted and experiential or drop in informatoion about the benefits of soy wax, the art of wick sizes, scent ratios that make sense and mastering the perfect pour for the ideal burn. Candle curiosities can also be answered in a lively session.
• Safely transport your new creation in our provided tray, or opt for our mail-me-home service - to be quoted if you're going out afterwards.

Please note that different rates apply for daytime or evening rates as a result on venue hire.

How To Book:

To secure your booking, simply choose your preferred date and time from the available options for Blaze and Foam. Your reservation with Blaze and Foam is then confirmed upon your selection and deposit paid. The balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.
